No. While it has a fresh new look it still has that familiar Divi feel to it. Some things have been moved and other new things have been added but the learning curve is slight. If you have never used Divi before we will help you on your journey.
What are the most noticeable changes in Divi 5?
Speed, speed and more speed. It just does EVERYTHING faster and smoother. Those buggy issues that they never seemed to be able to fix in the older versions have been rectified.The overall look is cleaner and there is less clutter.
Will my old pages work if I upgrade from Divi 4?
Yes. A lot of care has gone into making Divi 5 backwards compatible. As usual It is always recommended that you do a site backup before making the change.
Will the Divi layouts still work?

Final Tips
If you already have a fully established site that you built in Divi 4 or earlier it is recommended that you wait for full stable release of Divi 5. As of this writing Divi 5 is still in Alpha testing mode.
